1.0 AlMawred Agrees:
- To facilitate the applicant’s choice of online course
- To make the necessary contacts with the chosen institution on behalf of the applicant
- To keep the applicant informed of progress and to make sure all course arrangements and information received from the institution are passed to the applicant without delay
2.0 The applicant/applicant parent/guardian agrees:
- To provide AlMawred with all the necessary documents as requested by the institution
- To pay the non-refundable administration charge of BD 20 + 5% VAT
- To pay an administration charge BD20 + 5% VAT if the applicant makes any unrealism changes to the course/course start dates or course bookings details after the application has been submitted
- To be fully responsible for any cancellation charges
3.0 AlMawred is not responsible for, nor does it accept liability for any of the following:
- Application rejection from the applicant’s chosen school/institution
- Resolving any grievances or disputes arising regarding the course, accommodation or any other service. All grievances must be resolved directly with the institution
4.0 AlMawred Education obligations to the applicant or applicant parent/guardian are fully discharged once the following process has been completed:
- When the institution is in receipt of confirmation from AlMawred of the applicant’s acceptance of a place on the course.
- The course fees have been agreed with the application
- The applicant is in receipt of his/her confirmation of acceptance in written format
- The applicant is in receipt of all information pertaining to the course prior to the start of the course.
